GRAMBLING — Some citizens of Grambling have gone without water in their homes since Wednesday evening, and Mayor Edward Jones said at a press conference late Friday morning that the city at that point was still “baffled” as they attempted to find out why water is not reaching the elevated tank on King Street. “At this point, we still don’t know,” Jones said. “We’ve called in our consultants, we have people who have expertise in water, and they’re baffled.
