The Domestic Abuse Resistance Team met and exceeded its $80,000 fundraising goal from the annual Radiothon at Super 1 Foods and broadcast on Q94.1 FM Thursday.
The much- needed and long overdue funding for the completion of a water well in the southern portion of Jonesboro is coming to fruition after U.S. Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) announced the Town of Jonesboro will receive a grant for the project.
