On May 1, the Ruston Daily Leader outlined in detail the processes for reporting sexual misconduct at Louisiana Tech University through its Title IX office in the wake of the highly publicized failures on this topic at Louisiana State University.
Chance Hankins has always liked helping people. In fact, he enjoys being a person others know they can call on for help. Such faithfulness in serving others would ultimately put Hankins on a path to the fire service. And his excellence within the job of firefighting has earned him the Kiwanis 2020- 21 Outstanding Firefighter of the Year Award.
