Church pews across Lincoln Parish will be uncharacteristically empty this Easter Sunday because of ongoing state and federal stay-at-home orders issued in an attempt to quell the novel coronavirus.
And then there were 33. That’s the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Lincoln Parish, according to figures released Friday by the Louisiana Department of Health.
While the school board will be having its first remote-access meeting Tuesday, the Lincoln Parish Police Jury has canceled its regular April meeting for that night.
