Lincoln Parish voters turned out in record numbers to cast early ballots for the Nov. 3 election. At the close of early voting Tuesday, 8,971 voters had voted, Registrar of Voters Sharon Parnell said.
Parish residents who need to do business with FEMA as a result of Hurricane Laura can do so starting today at a drive-thru disaster recovery center located in the Lincoln Parish Library parking lot.
