The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development had delayed an I-20 closure in Calhoun that was originally planned for today. The project will cause a closure beginning next Friday instead.
Weather permitting, the City of Ruston has confirmed that Marie Avenue between Goodwin Road and Lexington Street will be closed to through traffic starting Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be no residential garbage and trash collection on Monday. Garbage pickup for Monday’s residential route will be picked up on Wednesday.
