According to the city of Ruston, both eastbound lanes of W. Alabama Avenue, between N. Monroe Street and N. Trenton Street, are closed until further notice.
The city of Ruston announced recently that, weather permitting, W. Louisiana Avenue between S. Monroe Street and S. Homer Street will be closed to through traffic beginning at 7 a.m. today until further notice.
Weather permitting, the city of Ruston will close N. Minden Street between N. Minden Street and W. Mississippi Avenue beginning this morning at 7 a.m. until further notice.
N. Chatham Road will be closed for emergency cross-drain repair this morning. All residents should be able to bypass this area by using either Hwy. 146 or Beacon Light Road.
The city of Ruston announced, weather permitting, water will be shut off on Winchester Drive, Greenbriar Drive and Tarreyton Drive, today from 9 a.m. to 2 p. m. This shut off is necessary to allow for water system upgrading.
According to the city of Ruston, E. Alabama Avenue between N. Bonner Street and N. Vienna Street will be closed to through traffic beginning at 7 a.m. this morning until further notice.
According to the city of Ruston, S. Maple Street between Walnut Avenue and Beech Avenue will be closed to through traffic Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Industrial Drive betweek Link Drive and Commerce Street is closed to through traffic until Tuesday, according to the city of Ruston. The closure is associated with the Commerce Street rehabilitation project. Access to existing businesses will be maintained.
