Local artist Jean DeFreese Moore (left) recently facilitated an intimate workshop focused on the “paint pour” technique. Working from the studio in Ruston Artisans, Moore guided Carla Offill (right) as she learned the method using acrylic paint. Throughout the encounter, the ladies created beautiful works that celebrate the freedom of creating art by pouring paint onto a canvas before incorporating unconventional supplies while painting.
