The Ruston baseball team’s postseason journey ended over the weekend after falling to No. 14 Destrehan in a 2-0 series sweep in the first round of the Division I Non-select bracket.
Down to its last out, the Cedar Creek softball team fought to advance to Sulphur but fell to No. 5 Opelousas Catholic 4-2 in the Division IV Select quarterfinals Saturday.
