Rebecca Roane

Our little fighter, Rebecca Roane, has finally gained her Angel Wings. She quietly moved to Heaven on the 16th of September.

Becky was born to Richard and Mary Jo McGrain Roane on 8-261971 in Geneva, New York. She went on to live and work in Texarkana Texas, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Ruston and Heidelberg Germany, before settling for good in Bokeelia Florida.

She bravely fought serious health issues from birth while always worrying more about others than herself. She knew and befriended everyone; her 16 years of Walmart customers would stop her on the street to talk with her and would wait in line to use her checkout.

With her kind and caring manner she made every place she lived or worked better. Her church family at St Andrew Catholic Church was very important to her and she loved singing in the choir there.

She is survived by her parents; her brother, Gary and sister-in-law Denise; and niece Morgan Alexander and family. We have lost someone special but Heaven has gained a loving, caring spirit.
