Billie Ann Mays was born in Magnolia, AR, to her parents, Edna Juanita and Willie Franklin Barnett. She entered into rest in Homer, LA, and spent her final years in her longtime home of Arcadia, LA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elgin Mays of Arcadia, her parents, and her brother Samuel Barnett of Monroe, LA.
She is survived by her brothers John Barnett of Ruston, LA, and William Barnett of Minden, LA, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Graveside Services were held Tuesday, December 29, at Simsboro Cemetery in Simsboro, LA, with Jeff Hoffman officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Arcadia. Visitation was held from 10 a.m. to noon at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia, LA.
