A former employee of the Ruston-based Louisiana Center for the Blind has been arrested and charged with molestation of a juvenile after he allegedly sexually abused a student at the blind
A high-speed chase in excess of 100 mph ended in Lincoln Parish Tuesday night, with the driver of a stolen car arrested by Louisiana State Police officers.

The Lincoln Parish Sherriff ’s Office detained Tony Bernard Hammock, 62, on Tuesday morning after his court appearance at the Lincoln Parish Courthouse Annex. Hammock was taken into custody for a probation and parole violation. No bond has been set.
