A Ruston woman has been arrested after allegedly throwing her boyfriend’s stuff out of the house and spraying it with a water hose, hitting an officer in the face with a bottle of cooking oil and hitting another officer in the shoulder.
A Ruston man who was previously arrested for allegedly stalking two women at an apartment complex has been arrested for a second time after reportedly stalking the same women again.
