After it was announced last week by Gov. John Bel Edwards’ office that Ruston’s Janet McBride was appointed to the Louisiana Board of Examiners of Certified Shorthand Reporters, she was administered the oath of office, along with Celeste Ware, also appointed to the governor’s board. District Court Judge Glenn Fallin administered the oath to Ware, while 2nd Circuit Court of Appeal Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson administered the oath McBride.
