Lincoln Parish Sheriff ’s deputies made a routine traffic stop after observing a car touch the center line more than once on Thursday night at approximately 11:32 p.m. at the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Lewis Street. The stop turned into a drug arrest.
