Early voting underway

Early voting for the Nov. 8 primary elections kicked off Tuesday morning at the Lincoln Parish Registrar of Voters office inside the parish courthouse. Voting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily through Nov. 1, except for Sunday. Above, voters wait in the hallway outside the registrar’s office first thing Tuesday morning.
